2004 Explorer 4.0 Cold Air Intake?

Hi guys I know this is probably a dumb question, but I’ve been looking really hard for a cold air intake for these 3rd gen 4.0 soch engines. I was thinking of making a custom one, but I saw on an older thread that someone used a K&N cold air intake meant for a 2005 4.6 v8. I have attached a link to the intake and a photo and it looks like with a new throttle body that it fits in perfectly. I am stupid or would this work on a 04 v6?

Yes it would work on an 4.0L V6.......that what it installed on in the photo........
