I have the 06 Explorer with the 4.0l v6 engine and I am wanting to pick a few brains out there. I recently changed the thermostat housing, as well as the "T" connection next to it after blowing steam everywhere. This seemed to fix the under the hood leak or so I though. The last few days since, I have been still down about a cup maybe cup and a half of coolant. No wetness on the interior carpeting that I have noticed, and under a pressure test I could not see any visible streams. However when I put under pressure, I noticed A.) the crimping at the top of the radiator was wet as well as the drivers side what looks to me like an oval port (plastic) at the bottom of the radiator. As you can see, the passenger side port was dry as a bone. I am thinking that the radiator needs replacing, but what do you all think?
