2013 Ford Explorer AC Problem

Hello All, Lately my AC has been acting a little funny. Last week it seemed like it stopped blowing cold air. After a shut off and going to the store, I got back in and it was working fine. I took it to the dealer last monday and got the oil change and all of that stuff.

Today, it was about 91 degrees and it was blowing hot air even on MAX AC. I turned it on/off/on, turned the car off for a while then back on and nothing. Anyone know what the problem could be? I thought that maybe Ford would have noticed something a few days ago when I took it for a check up.

I also have a 13 xlt that had the same problem. It is still under factory warranty so I took it back to the dealer. They thought it needed a compressor bearing kit but after they got the kit they found that the compressor was bad. Compressor was replaced and is working good now.
