Good Evening,
I have owned my Explorer for about 8 months and for the most part I have not had any major issues until recently. When I start the car there is a knocking and it continues even after I have been driving it for a while. I took it in and I was told that Ford had issued a statement about it being related to the Brakes but mine does not stop.
Has anyone else had this issue? My only other complaint is the window controls slice my finger everytime I use them. They have been replaced but unfortunately it seems to be the mold that Ford is using.
