351 swap 4wd to 2wd?

Is it hard to convert a 2000 mounty to 2wd from 4wd. Also I was wondering is it hard to fit a 351w it the engine bay. Cause I'm watching a 408 with 950 holley and pro fogger setup

Yes to the first question. a 351W will fit, but you will need to modify the oil pan to fit into the frame and everything. It's possible, but will be hard.

there is another thread about putting a 351w into a second gen. the time and money that would be spent trying to make it work, you would be better off putting a 347 stroker in.

Oil pan and the motor's width are going to be your biggest issues. 347 is definetly the way to go. Also, the 2wd to 4wd conversion isn't hard. No cutting and welding, but you do need a LOT of parts.
