STILL LOOKING
New guy here and this is my first post. I have searched on my ? and havent seen a real answer so I looking for pics or info. Im about to buy a 91 2wd sport and I have a set of 33x125r15 tires on 15x10 ar767 rims with 3.75 b/s.
My question is how much lift will it take to make these fit? I seen a few pics but there either no description of lift or this or that so can anyone post a pic of there's and also tell me the lest amount of lift I can get away with.
Thanks

A body lift would work. But most people dont like em. You could prerunner it out and get a long travel kit for the front. Cost some mucho $$$$$$$. But looks bad as hell. Good luck

I was hoping to get away with a 3" b/l and the tires for now. Its a 2wd in its current state but I plan on doing a sas on it in the fall once I get the parts to do it. Can anyone post a pic of a 3" b/l w/33's on 15x10 rims?

there are so many pics of Gen I Explorer's on 33's just search google or cardomain, or even here.

I vote for SAS, add a t case and then pyut the 33's on, skip the body lift.

Or

do a custom beam lift kit for a 2wd, they are not that expensive.

2 wheel it. :D You could run a full suspension lift, or spacers, shackles, and a body lift, or coils, shackles, and a body lift, or just SAS it. You'll need at least 5-6" of lift.

3-4" of lift and trimming/fiberglass will stuff 33's

Well ive got a 3" b/l kit for a 00 ranger Im trying now to find out if it will work(steering extension has me wondering) and for the time being I was going to pick up a set of F150 coil spacers. This will tie me over till I get my D30 out of a XJ as soon as I find one. BTW this place is full of info once you getta reading about every one setups. Hence the F150 spacers. Im going to enjoy this site.

Um they make a body lift for your truck, why are you looking at 00 Ranger? They are way different from your 92 Sport.

Do a search on the body lift, you can find the part number for the lift you need.

I guess Im one of thous guy who has more time then money and I already have a b/l kit for a 00 that I will be removing from my Ranger. Ive got it sold but the guy doesnt want the lift on it. This is why Im tring to see if the b/l will work on the 91 Explorer Sport. Believe me thou Ive been on here for about 3hrs know searching and reading post from u guys and so far Ive found that some say you dont need a steering extension but others say you do so Im just trying to learn right know before I tear the sport apart. Ive got some pretty good plans for this truck besides the lift .

This also will be coming off the Ranger and finding its way to the Sport. hehehe

Oh you need an extension fer shizzle, 3" BL on a 91 = you need to extend the intermediate shaft, however I dont trust extensions, I would either weld, or get a custom shaft.

You trust your life to the extension they sell with the kit = I dont.

3" bl and f150 coil seats and shackles will work. ran same size as you have with no problems.
