96 Explorer - Eddie Bauer - Trailer Harness

I have a 96 EB and I know there was a trailer harness at one time. Previous owner gave away a wheelchair lift on the back of it, and the people who took it, took part/all of the harness. When I went looking today, I could find nothing of it. I did find a strange looking connector (see below) and a wiring loom with a single red wire going to the engine compartment. Any advice or what I need to start would be most helpful and appreciated

Well evidently I am an idiot. That little plug is part of the trailer harness. I was able to pick up the rest of it from Advance Auto. I used a Hopkins Towing Solution Vehicle Wiring Kit #40915
