I have checked and searched for my exact problem and found a few close but everything everyone else did did not work for me so here I am with a 96 Ranger

On my way to work my turn signals worked fine on my way home however I got nothing no clicking nothing not even hazards so I tried a flasher unit that got me no where so next on the list was the MFS, switched that and still nothing. so I am probably thinking short but would that actually stop everything even without a blown fuse??

Thank you Rick

instead of replacing part, get a meter and check for voltage... its cheaper... :-)

You need to get voltage coming into the flasher on R/W (all the time) and O/Y with key in "run". If it is there, then you should see "something" out of the flasher on LB and W/R... "something" because it isn't "straight DC".
