Any Ford Parts guys on here? Need help differentiating between a cpl of part numbers (Throttle Body)

Mechanic broke the little nub on the kickdown lever that connects to the cable. Currently zap strapped back on, but not kicking down properly.

What is the difference? And which one do I need for my:

They look like there the same thing and can use either one. The AA# was superseeded by the AD# .
