Image search yandex turned up nothing. Aftermarket alarm plug in? Or remote starter? Paperwork I got with my Ex indicated someone installed a remote starter on mine, have yet to find any evidence of it. (Prob took it off again?)
BTW I notice you're back to your previous signature with the Ex on it. You didn't get another one did you?

My bad! Got you mixed up with Demon Mudder for some reason. Oh well it's late here. And I'm irritated with puzzling what to do first about my AC in the Ex. Hate the heat, even though it's not a loooong summer here. And thinking about building an electric bike as long as gas is going to be around $5 a damn gallon. So tired of Brandon, LOL

Ebike does seem good!!! here wee got all those lime bird scooter thiings everywhere, so annoyed about em, people leave em everywhere, at least put it somewhere where i wont nearly hit it!!!!

that looks like a dealer installed chip thingy, all the old trucks used to have these on the lots, I am not sure if it was for tracking or stop them from starting, but back in the 90's they all had that when they were on the dealer lot
At least thats what it looks like to me

like this

similar to this device

woahhh 😦 alright! interesting, didnt seem like it kept nothin from starting though, she firrdup just fine, didnt insert nothin into the alarm, just go... hmm thisbisngetting more and more interesting!

They de activate them when truck is sold but they leave the cheapo device interface because it’s just a cable and card thingy

At least that’s is my understanding of those things.. all the trucks used to have similar

The fact it starts without the circuit key inserted, it has probably been bypassed. 6 pin would be 3 wires the key breaks contact with. I found a picture of the key on the internet

ATS Key.jpg

huh, interesting!!! thanks for finding that! i couldnt even find it online :banghead: time to mark this solved!
