My grandson is being christened on the 27th (Sunday), and my wife informed me that we are hosting the reception...

Never said I was b*tching. I appreciate everyone that did back me up but I also got reemed by not doing the work myself & was letting Dan know before he got reemed too. So I'm being a b*tch for helping Dan out so he didn't get yelled at? God that's the last time I point something out so no one gets yelled at...sheesh

Ezra will very likely come as long as he can get time off from work. He works at a pizza joint right now, and his schedule varies week-to-week, so it's early to tell if he'll have the time off. I told him about it though, so if he asks soon enough, he may be able to get it off. I'm all for a $9-a-night tent/lean-to spot.

The water was only because the rain fly wasn't tied down properly. Tied down, the fly extends past the outer edges of the tent. Because it wasn't tied down, water ran down the edge of the tent, got inside, and pooled in the middle. I suggest we try and get into whichever campground is closest to the wheeling trails Dan knows of...

I've been to Baxter State Park before its nice up there. I've been there during May. We went swimmimg the water was a little cold at first but after a while you get use to it. Also i'm use to the water cause i'm from Maine and we usually swim in some freezing cold water. Yea you should pack for the wind/rain/ or nice hot days. They have some wonderful trails up there. Its a little drive from my house not bad tho.

I wish I could go with you guys.. but maybe next year and when ever you guys do it again.
