can someone measure something for me

hey, on the output of the 4wd transfercase where the driveshaft yoke bolts up to the flange, can anyone measure diagonally the holes on the yoke and what it measures up to, i have a rockwell yoke that can be in the 3-4 inch range and wondering if i can just get it to bolt up

I believe the rear output flange is 4 bolts on 3.5" bolt-circle.
