I would say its probably the alternator. I've heard them make this noise when the bearings start going bad. It might be the water pump, but I've never heard one make noise until the bearings fly apart! Good Luck!
Yeah I hear a vacuum cleaner also-cleaning the IAC and MAF wouldn't hurt.
-but the squeak is something different-
did you try running it without the belt?just for a minute.( Don't run the engine this way for over a minute--as the water pump isn't driven)
see if it still squeaks with the belt off.
if it does-it is probably the CMP -cam position sensor
If it does not squeak with the belt off, then the niose is in the accessory drives
-rotate each pulley by hand. You should be able to feel which is the culprit.
