degreaser will work and a rag.

Are your valve cover gaskets leaking?

let it cool and use brake cleaner

valve cover gaskets....if you add oil,and spray the header down i wouldent drive it

I second the brake cleaner, somehting like CRC Brake-Kleen, just wait till its cooled down!

Well first of all if you had a real problem I would be guessing you would be asking "why am I leaking oil all over my headers?"
Now that would be a problem. But I am also guessing you spilled oil on your headers and now you are wondering how to get it off. Let it burn off. You will be fine.
