Fiberglass and Hood Pins

This is a question for those of you who have installed hood pins. I'm looking at gettin a fiberglass hood and was curious how the set up works. is there anything that has to be made to make these pins work? And if you have pictures that would be great too.

a lot of them come with instructions, but basically, all that is needed is a hole drilled into the radior support for the pin width....... thats it...
