Headlight switch and vent trim missing

When I bought my Explorer, I noticed I had a few pieces missing. The headlight switch chrome around the dial is missing, as well as the vent directly above it is missing the trim. Anyone have an idea if I can purchase these without buying the whole vent or headlight switch? I have been unable to locate them separately.

I also discovered the vent trim comes off very easily if one isn’t being cautious about cleaning the vents. Looks like something fell and took both of these pieces out from the previous owner.

Are you sure there is supposed to be chrome around the dial? My 2011 Limited didn't. The vent seems to be just missing the 'adjusting' lever. This may be the item. 2011-2015 Ford Louver BB5Z-19893-BC | Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake
You may be able to find a vent at an auto recycler.

I figured I would just have to buy the whole vent. It still adjusts but the trim piece is just missing on it.

Your picture does show the chrome trim if you look closely. You can see your flash reflecting off of it on the bottom of the dial.
