Help 2016 lost hvac controls

I’m not sure how to post a question but maybe u can help me. My 2016 explorer is not responding to any heat, ac, heated seat or steering wheel on rather the pannel
Button or the touch screen. I am hoping it’s a fuse but which one am I looking for? Any help is greatly appreciated

What happens when buttons are pressed on the HVAC controls: is it
A) The HVAC controls and system do not react to inputs at all: nothing lights up when buttons are pressed or
B) The HVAC controls light up/respond to inputs, but the HVAC system itself does not follow commands?
