help with rpm's and idle issue

i have a 94 explorer that randomly some times on start up it will start spuddering like a cylinder is not firing but all i do is hit the fuse box under the hood and it revs right up and runs fine. it doesnt happen every time but it does r andomly

sounds like a lose connection someware, i'd take it out and make sure everything was tight and secure
