how long to remove masking tape?

I just painted my ex this morning, how long should I wai to remove the masking tape?

You painted your X? Got any pics or anything? I'm thinking about MAYBE painting mine cause I gotta paint a new rear hatch anyway.

you should remove the tape asap if u wait too long the paint will dry and kinda connect and when u take it off theres a possibility that it will take the paint off when u peel off the tape

Wait for the paint to dry fully.

You don't want to remove tape from wet paint for several reasons, it will not leave a clean edge, you could hit the wet part of the paint and make a mess.

Fully dry.

so I should probablky wait like 24 hours then ? its air drying

Air dry 24hrs is more than enough.
