Im getting 20MPG in my 03 V6 4WD!!

I drive alot and realized that my poor gas mileage was really cutting into my weekly budget. I did some testing and came to some conclusions that will help others who were in a situation like me- having to consider getting rid of the 2nd best vehicle I have ever owned (1st being my 01 Taurus with 230K miles that I gave to my younger brother). We'll see how i do in the winter months but as of now I have gotten up to 22... The key is not letting the vehicle go above 2000 or 2100 rpms. Yes you start off slow but after you get going you can get around 70mph at or around 2000. I have a sittle sticky not that reminds me because I have always had a heavy foot and was getting around 14 or 15 mpg... well this has worked and I love bragging to anyone who will listen. I dont just do highway by the way- alot of town and city travel. Im in Rochester, NY and we have LOTS of stop lights. Ill cruise around at 40mph and im sure that im getting 25mpg. I just wish I would test that for sure. I have an XLT sport (looks a little like Eddie Bauer and Limited with its finished plastic) and do not have the message center but would love to test it out on one to see... I got 21 driving from NJ to NC with a V8. I did that under 2000 crap for about a week but then I realized how rude it was to the people behind me so I stopped, I get 15-16 and thats fine by me. Afterall, I didnt buy it for the gas mileage.
