installed bi-xeon hit and now have no fog lights

So I installed a plilips 9007 bi xeon kit in my 01 sport. The low works, but I can't change to high and my fog lights no longer work.
This kit is a plug and play so I'm not sure where to start.
If any one has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Who made the lighting kit?

If you have a kit from VVME look at the blue plug that brings power to the relay harness...You probably have a plug wired for a 9004 instead of a 9007 light bulb... The ground and one of the light leads are switched around...

Is your high beam indicator on the dash come on when you turn on your lights?

There is a thread on repinning the harness to fix the missing beam after using an HID kit...

He bought a fake philips HID kit, not VVME. But like all PnP kits they come pinned for 9004 not 9007

I pulled the pins and go figure one broke so I'm picking up the part today

And I ordered the kit from Philips
