I have replaced the fuel pump, filter, I fabricated a bigger fuel tank as the original one had a lot of rot inside and out. Also the injectors, flushed fuel lines and new fuel relay....
I know I am forgetting something but I cant for the life of me figure it out.

Any help is appreciated.:D

It's probably the idle air control valve.

cool, ill try that next.. thank you

It only takes a minute to take it off. When you do try and clean it up and see if it helps. If the vehicle is running fine except for stalling when you take your foot off the gas that very well could be the problem.

Check the crank position sensor, sometime oil or dirt will make bad connection.

this is getting expensive! lol

Okay, lets say I am starting from scratch.... again... Maybe I got a bad part somewhere. Just re-replaced the Idle Air Control Valve, Throttle Position Sensor, MAF sensor and Crank Position Sensor. What would you try next? Even if it means replacing new parts I really need to get this thing going.

As an additional note to my op,
It only happens when I am in gear slowing down then press the clutch pedal in, it then Idles down like it should but never stops going down and dies. There is no loss of power (electrical power that is) anywhere that I can see. The engine shuts off like I turned off the key, no sputtering, no other symptoms other than the engine shutting off... This happens 3 out of 5 times.

My local mechanic is a joke and cant seem to come up with anything other than telling me I should get a tune up... Like this is my first rodeo or something... this has already been done! lol

I really appreciate the replies I have gotten so far. thank you all
