2020 Limited. Got a dreaded "Check Headlamp" error, and sure enough our drivers headlamp is out. Looks like the whole assembly needs to be replaced, and the part alone is $1500. Has anyone had any luck with the much cheaper aftermarket replacements? Whether I go OEM or aftermarket, it looks rather straight-forward to replace, maybe a 2 out of 5 difficulty. I'm also not sure the OEM assembly comes with the control module. The aftermarket don't seem to, so they won't fix your problem if it's due to the control module and not the actual LED assembly (though that seems unlikely).

Thoughts / advice?

Don't know about headlights but I bought aftermarket taillights off Ebay. They look completely identical to my OE taillights that I'm assuming they were off the same production line in China.

Some people have tried the Chinese replica ones, they’re crappy and cheaply built.

Check this site out. I'm not sure which specific left one is correct.
Levittown Ford is a site vendor and offers members a discount. You could call Benny and speak to him for some help.

eBay also offers used parts, look at vendor ratings and you should be able to find used OE assemblies in the $200-400 range.
