Currently they are out anyhow... I may need tires before the inspection at the end of the month and we'll see if a diff brand looks as good with them out if I change from the current manuf.
I like the look of them being out. Many people say they don't like advertising, me personally, don't mind advertising for a company that has a product that I am happy with.
i like em out, except with huge tires like alecs. my tires dont have white letters either way i have a yellow scorpion on one side, and a black scorpion on the other - i have my yellow one out.
I like having mine showing. I personally think it looks better showing then having them hidden but thats just my opinion. Well on a lifted vehicle anyway.
IMO if you wash the truck regularly, then put the white letters out,and if you don't, put them in, because if you let the tires get dirty all the time with white letters, it looks bad....
This seems to run in cycles. A few years ago blackwalls were "in" (or is that "out") Now people tend to run the white letters out. Mine are out, but they are a sunny beach to clean.
Mine are out right now.. but my next set of tires will have them in.. i hate cleaning them.. + if you hit a curb they start to peal off like mine are doing right now.
i have my letters out, but they aren't white, cuz i think that it looks weird with white letters, when the rims look white in the sunlight, so i paint em yellow this also covers the bad stuff up that gets on em from hopp'n curbs and that type of thing, or muddin'
