Loading wallpaper 2012 explorer

I have tried a few times to load some photos for my nav screen wallpaper.
The car rejects the j peg files that I have loaded onto a usb memory stick.
Are there some tips that may help me?

Have you followed the guidelines in the MyFord Touch supplement?
1. Each file must be 1.5 MB or less
2. Recommended dimensions 800 x 378

There are also some threads on this as well on the Forum. You can search on Wallpaper and get quite a few results. The Search option is located up near the top right of the page.

Follow the guidelines given and you should have no problem. I have done this several times.

Yeah it has to be at the correct crop ratio they give you in the details.... I forgot though...
