Looking for a weld on kit front winch bumper for 99 ford explorer

I'm deciding to turn my explorer into a on road off road play toy gotta start one piece at a time so I want to look for a cheap but good winch bumper can you guys help me out ?

Last weekend I fitted the Ebay Ranger bumper to a 2001 Sport trac. My stepson drives a v8 98 Ranger, his wife drives a V8 01 Sport trac.
Last year the sport trac hit a deer, so it has needed a new front bumper
The 98 Ranger had some weird Jeep bumper on it that never fit right.
So they decided to order two Ebay Ranger bumpers...
It bolted right onto the ranger

To fit the sport trac they enlisted my help (and my welder LOL) I had to raise it up 2" at the mounts, add some heavy duty tabs and a piece of angle iron going from frame horn to frame horn. Hacked the snot out of he header panel (fiberglass) but at the end if the day it fit really really well
