Sorry, I didn't get there till 1:30, it sucked, I was pissed too cause I really wanted to go. I went driving all around ramapo trying to figure out where the entrance might have been and eventually gave up. We should have traded cell phone numbers or something. Looks like I missed a good time.

for future reference where exactly is the trail entrance from 17?

Sorry Nick, I hadn't seen you post in here in a few days and i wasnt sure if you where gonna be there or not so we didn't stick around to long. If I known for sure you where gonna be there I would have waited around.

hey fred, I would, but I don't think it would work out, cause I was planning on leaving straight from my work in framingham friday afternoon and staying at my parents house until sunday. We could most likely ride back up. Just as an FYI the best way for you to go from here is 495 S to 290 S (exit 25b) to Mass Pike to I84 W (exit 9) to 684 S to 287 West and then it turns into 287 S when you hit the Jersey border. Stay away from 95! it is the worst in Conn. This way will only take about 3.5 hours depending on traffic sometimes better.

That's true... stay away from 95. Construction is every where. You guys could also try route 15. I passed 4 times up to last Saturday and it went smooth. No traffics at all. Just a thought..

I'm getting kind of worried about my $$ situation because of all the little things that are coming up with all the construction projects around my house.... contractors act like they know soooo damn much until they are faced with something that has to be reordered, then run like hell when you are pissed cause it's going to take a damn week just to get here..... gggrrrr...

I plan on being able to make it for the 9th. Dont take my word for it though, i still have alot of work to do to on my truck and only have weekends to work on it, since im living at school all week. Plus i just ordered my 33's from 4wheelparts earlier today and i dont know if ill get them by then.

but ill keep my fingers crossed and keep you updated. the closer to the 9th it is the more for sure ill know....
that doesnt make sense, but you know what i mean.

you know anyone that wheels around here?? i havnt been in the parking lots for the apartments too much, but ive seen all the trucks in the dormitory parking lots.....and from the looks of it, no one in this darn place offroads. its pretty sad, theres only one lifted truck other than mine and it never has a speck of dirt on it. never met the owner but it looks like its for show. oh yea and theres some jeepers but all the ones i talked to dont ever offroad.

If you could introduce me to some hardcore offroaders that would be sweet, i need someone to offroad with.
these sandy trails get lonely down in the pine barrens.

I wish I could make this run, but I have too much packing to do... moving to a different development in the same town. After the move I'll be free again to join you guys.
