Great to hear - - -Still interested in running Elephant Hill ? ? ? Not sure if the other NW guys are set on that trail on Monday (and they may be based on leaving their rigs on trailers after Sunday's arrival), but if it's as good as expected, I might be willing to go back Friday or Saturday. . .

Paul (et All). We are now thinking about Strike Ravine for Monday then the 'Pack Dogs' can run Elephant Hill when the Big Dogs are in Pritchett Canyon.

Hope that works

NO

..^^^ x2...but it would be well worth riding along with someone just to see what you need on your rig to run this next year..;)

I would love to but ill have the whole family so we will just have to hit a different trail......hopefully not alone lol....by next year ill have the sas and front locked hopefully and that should be all id need I think since im winched and locked rear 35s and will be (next year) at least 4.88s right now just 4.56

What if I were to lincoln lock the front wiyh the rear e locker and 35s?

Thanks for the photos Paul. Primitive camping out in Utah is therapy.... wish I was there.

Turning radius would suck big time and then BOOM!

But hey, give it a shot and make sure there are lots of folks taking pictures and videos!

How so? Id just lock one hub until I needed the locker.....that work work as an manual mechanicl locker in a sense would it not?

Yep, unlocking one hub would fix the understeer issue. I did half of Golden Spike like that one year but can't remember why. I had the air locker turned on and one hub unlocked. It was the same time my track bar bracket welds came lose. I think it was to help me steer better since the front axle was kinda wandering.
