Need help replacing window and blinkers are not working

My front passenger side window was smashed out and need to know how to replace it. I have a 4 door '94. Also my trailer light connection was hanging to the ground and it rained shorting out my brake lights. I had no use for it and cut all of the wires. My brake lights work now but my blinkers do not.

Welcome to the site... did you check fuse #13 and did you tape up the wires to ensure they can't contact each other?
