Part of the reason I have been absent from these boards within the last month is because we have moved location and purchased a new dyno. Our new baby is a Dynocom 1800x chassis dyno. I have done alot of research and found the Dynocom offered the most for the money and not only that the product is of incredible quality. The knurling is machined into the drum not pressed, the frame is an actual frame, etc. The software can give 3d images of the run, shading and standard 2d we are used to with the Dynojet software. The dyno is a above ground unit-which we like alot. We have dual AFX widebands, MAP sensor & Optical pickup.
In the end we were down to 2 dyno's (Dynojet and Dynocom) and found the Dynocom fit us best. I have made around 100 pulls on my truck in the last 3 days to learn the new software. I will post pics at a later date.-j
