i cant even really see those rims becasue of the darkness and wierd angles, this is jsut a look how cool my truck is thread ;)

hmm

oh yea

maybe i should have mentioned its airbagged now too...

nice, except for the flames,no offense (flames=white trash/out of style look)

wow, shiny :thumbdwn: hope they didn't cost much

they look nice and chrome but where's the straight on shot?
progress looks good! I never did see the finished dash/screen/monster :)

search around a bit for the other recent threads i've started- lots of better picutres out there.

for those who say they are blingy- good god lol. you ever been to a major car show? if i had rims less blingy than this you couldn't even see my car at the shows i'm trying to win. think about the purpose they serve

Yep, chrome wheels are supposed to be shiny

If you only had something negative to say, then why'd you post?

hey, i don't mind negative.

but as far as shiny (or at least big) rims go- there is just no way around them (if anyone has tried it was me) if you want to compete at any high level shows.

so it wasn't that it was negative, it was just being negative about something that is inevitable. i'd be shooting myself in the foot not to have rims at least that "blingy". hell i still may be. the rest of my truck might "deserve" some 22s or 23s...

Dude my chrome rims are the easiest to keep clean of all teh wheels I have had. Windex :)
Wax with the truck

They have held up fairly well in CO, even for some cheapo rims I run them year around.

he obviously posted for opinions, if you don't want negative, don't post pics.

Hey there's nothing wrong with big rims, and I'm glad to see that he did get chrome! Paint belongs on the car not on the rims. If your going for a street car, especially to show you have to have big rims. Keep the 17's for the track, and put the chrome on for the street!

Looks nice and goes really well with the truck.
