Ugh, finally...!
Well, as of 11 pm tonight, I finally got to hit 5th gear after owning this truck since spring

Rookie did a
fantastic job designing a suspension that would handle well on the road, Wolf did a great job welding said system in, and Jake has been a tremendous help getting it all together. Thank you again, guys!
I still have a few bugs to take care of, like rear shocks (need shorter ones if I want to have any uptravel, go fig!), have to bleed the brakes and the ABS controller and since the driverside bleeder is frozen I'll probably just invest in new calipers, need to get longer bolts for the rear swaybar/shock mount, shave down some fins on the transmission where the new crossmember rubs, figure out how the hell to route the OX cable since it exits the case and goes straight into the inside of my tire

, and put in the new gears and lockers. I'm really disappointed in the 4.56's.. it's blatantly obvious that Morgan just has NO balls with them, so I ordered 5.13's
Ugh, I need sleep. Here, enjoy some pics, I'll take better one and a try some flexing on friday after I attempt to drive him home from Wolf's
Yay Chinese food!
Now THAT'S a driveshaft!!!
It's barely hittng the trans but the vibration is enough to make me crazy:
Still looks like a jungle gym, but the drag link and trac bar angles are actually quite close:
Apparently a first gen fan shroud fits WAYYY better on this radiator

It works really well, too... the truck barely gets hot!
Jake's kickass job on the steering stabilizer (it maxes about an inch from full lock.. doesn't bother me at all!)
Sawzall time!!
Rookie came up with the best ever front sway bar
