Hi

I have a problem on my Explorer 4.0 2008, the engine light comes on and the fault codes are p0135,p0141,p0155,p0161,p0403 and p0443. I checked the sensor readings but I don’t get any readings from bank 1 sensor 2(O2S) and bank 2 sensor 2 (O2S): short Term Fuel Trim.

Have attached screenshots from the obd2 readings.

Highly appreciate any input where to start troubleshooting!

Thank you! If I pull that (#42)fuse the engine stop...so if it was burned it wouldn’t even start.

Have gone over all the cables and the heat are killing the isolation...see pic. Even after repair of the cables I still get the fault codes.

What have I missed out to check??

I have a very similar situation. Some research points towards a faulty PCM. Here's my scan:
Current Fault Log
------------------
P0155: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0161: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0403: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit

Pending Fault Log
------------------
P0135: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0161: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0443: Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit

I know this thread is ancient, but I'm looking for answers with a current problem. Was this the MAF sensor connection?
