P1451 code 4.0sohc Explorer

P1451 code on a 2000 Explorer XLT 4.0sohc
After I started having issues with acceleration from a stop ( sputtering ) I used my scanner and got a P1451 code, Ive replaced both canister Vent solenoid and Purge solenoid and am still throwing the code as well as P1747 P0743 P0750 P0755 P0760 P0765 P0135 P0155.
What am I over looking?

No reply yet! I don't know what all those codes are, but maybe someone more experienced has the code list. Is your gas cap tight?

Check fuses.

Checked them yesterday and found the #13 one blown, after I had a mobile mechanic come to check out vehicle and couldn't figure anything out except saying "IT" could be either the harness due to rodents ( which he couldn't see ) or PCM. He got the same codes and charged me almost $200 for the work. Told me to go online and do research as "HE" wasn't familiar with older vehicles. I read more about here and saw mention about the Fuse..I honestly knew it was going to be something really simple as well.
