parking lamp issue

hello everyone. i just wanted to ask a question about my headlights. my passenger side set up works fine but my driver side parking lamp only one of three bulbs work. the bulbs are fine and the socket seems to be okay. it works when i hit the blinkers it just doesnt work when i turn the headlights on. only the main headligh works???

so is it a possibilty i do not have a LOM i have torn out everything around and behind the cdplayer and air/heat controls to find nothing? its a 97 sport 4 ohv with no message center fuse 8 9 3 4 are good whats this relay im reading about and whats a multifunction switch. i searched alot and everyone else fixes their problems from finding the LOM am i not looking in the correct place?!

if my truck was on google and someone pointed it out with a gigantic red arrow perhaps id find it!? im saying i cant find it in my vehicle. its vanished!
