A guy who lives around me has a '98 with them on. I stopped him to see if it was as easy as mine were. They are the same thing. Just unbolt yours and drill the wholes in the fiberglass and bolt them up.
So, with the fiberglass fenders on a late model... will we be able to fit 35's with a body lift and the TT/shackles?
I know Jefe has without glass fenders, but can I put them on and have to do no trimming?
You won't have to trim the fenders at all but you'll probably have to bang back the firewall a little. And remember every truck is different. Like some trucks can fit 31s stock and some can't. If you're not affraid to cut and bang, then yes you can get them to fit.
This is exactly what I was thinking.
Why go out and pay big bucks for a crappy IFS lift or do a tasteless body lift when I can run 33's with fiberglass fenders!
Fenderguy, is there any way you could get pics of the late model with perry's fenders??
Jason_25; I could not agree more. I want to run 33's but I don't want to drop the $$ on a lift, this is perfect since 33's are as big I want to go....and I am trying to stay away from doing a body lift.
This changes alot for my planning... I need to wait until I find out this is for absolute. I checked Perry's website, but couldn't find any prices, have I missed something? Thanks.
"The front fenders do bolt on and would run you $230 for the pair. To order contact Perry at (619) 247-4458 and let him know you are with the explorer group."
