Power windows and instrument cluster out nothing works No power to switch

2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac just bought. No power to switch on door all windows out. Wiring at door boot already done and no power there either. Power at 47a. Fuse panel have a fuse? Instrument cluster out nothing. Both went out at same time

Fuse 6 Dr side dash is cluster fuse.
