I am getting a receiver hitch for the front to install a winch in a cradle, i can put the cradle on the rear also. I want to run wires to the rear so i can work it from the back too. Which would be the best way to go? Put a battery in the back?

I like this idea. But i have my offroad lightshooked up to the battery and (soon to be my amp). Would it be overkill to make another spot for an extra battery?

get a 130 amp alternator and make sure your running when winching. You can do dual batteries if you like but for most situations a 2nd battery may not be needed.

I am second thinking putting in the stereo and sub. will i need the amp alternator if i dont put them in?
