o- Man this last trip was 1 of my best trips yet, even tearing up as much stuff as I did, which I am good at. But don't let that scare you.

Just curious if anyone else will be bringing quads out, I'm contemplating dragging mine out there when I come but not sure if it is worth it to drag the trailer out there, but when it breaks its not nearly as big of deal.

I am definitely considering this. I just need to finish my 4x4 conversion and tweak a few things, but I have three months to get 'er done. Put me down as a "maybe."

I'm pretty sure Brad is going to have a couple RZRs out there.

Putting you down as a maybe :(

3 months is just enough time. Just take it slow and easy, so as not to do things twice ;)

Ok, since this is the first run I have ever done, can you guys give me a little pre-prep on what to bring or what to do? ANY advice would be incredibly helpful!

Hmm...little things add up to big things.
Best things to do for wheeling here at this park is this:

Vehicle
Swaybars--remove at park or install disconnects.

Tires------Bigger the better. Good tread, wide All Terrains, of decent set of Mud's. Air down before wheeling to around 15 psi, (give or take a few)

Limited slip or locked rear, better with front LS or Locked as well. Double open is asking for trouble here.

Run all vent tubes as high as you can. Water is everywhere here, some is deep enough to cover your axles.

Skids--more the merrier :)

Good shocks, springs.--Flexing your suspension will happen often.

Fresh fluids, clean filters. Bring extra.

Tow points front & rear are a must.

Have recovery gear in your rig. Straps and shackles are a must for everyone. A hand cable winch/snatch block, is also a good thing to have.

Working CB is also a must for everyone.

Spare hubs, CV axles, etc.. are not necessary but a good idea to have. Along with some hand tools.

Full size spare that can be mounted either on roof of strapped inside the rig.

Other stuff to bring along is a couple good flashlights with spare batteries, folding chairs, lots of bottled water, hand soap, rags and towels, and a drop cloth/tarp to lay on under your rig if needed.

Food is up to you. We will BBQ, and they sell hot meals at the park all day & night.

If anyone can think of anything else, chime in please. :salute:

What level of difficulty would I be able to do with 31's, 3.73LS, and 2" lift front and 4" rear?

I was there over the weekend and ran level 2 & a few 3 with 2" of lift & good 31" BFG T/A.

A little scraping underneath on the level 3, but very doable with a good spotter helping. There are plenty of good trails for smaller rigs to enjoy. This place is amazing. Stock to rock, don't matter.

Greg can I come as a passenger please? :-D

Slim chance I'll have my truck by the time of the run, but I'll be stateside and would definitely be down to go if I could ride along with y'all.

I'm sure someone will have a seat for you. I think there is at least one guy from manhattan going you could probably catch a ride all the way out.

I wouldn't be opposed to driving out, I'm not a big fan of playing passenger on long drives. I just don't fancy hanging out in camp for the weekend.

I'll have to see how things look when the time comes, I may be stuck at work.

Are you goin Eric? If so I'm stayin out of your ride. You drive Explorer's like I drive CRX's

:p::p::p::p:

Just playin man, I miss you guys.

You should go man, it'll be fun. We can babysit the campsites together =p

INH,
I might have a seat open, just depends on if a friend is riding along or not.

Don't worry, there should be plenty of open seats available though. You could cook for rides :p:
