Ordered some procomp 16" travel shocks today, gonna prolly just use f250 towers to mount them on. 35" extended 20 collapsed which means I need to move my upper shock mount 3" up and my lower 2" down (lower part of axle tube) in order to fit without getting into the inner fender.

Got the 8.8/9" conversion u-joint today and measuring for the new front shaft tommorow, hopefully welded by friday. Also got my custom u-bolts made because no one had the sizes I needed and one went over the casting on the axle tube.

Bent my shackles because I flexed too much :D So I have to order limiting straps as well as plate the shackles.

you dont need to plate the shacles. You need to put straps and bumpstops on it
 






Looks good kinda makes me think that i should have went without the coils but air shocks are looking better now

can u detail what you do for the brakes? brakes and hooking up a new steering box are the last things i need to plan out for my swap. No one really seems to detail the brakes/brake lines.
