That's just for show, you won't see those on any cars. That's a custom wheel made by that person, see the laptop controlling the show. They probably will come out with something like that later but there is none yet.

I saw some neon on a stock mini van the other day.. It was funny as hell!

Just think the lighted spinners will be perfect for Vegas! LOL I got to tell the people that make Spinner shoes so they can make them light up!
