spring shackle bolt stuck in frame any tips?

hey guys been reading this forum for some time time now, the how to on upper control arms was a blessing for me.... my spring shackles were rusted comlpetely through one dissintegrated while removing the nut last night (pass side) the top bolt through the frame on the p side wont come out i was up till midnight last night trying to get it, took the plastic fender flare off so i could put a bar through the lil access hole and really wail on the bolt but still no luck any body got any ideas that might help? i really appreciate it.....

helpful, most things already tried tho thought i was gonna break the air hammer i was running it so hard (thats why i took the fender flare off so i could put a bar on there and use a mini sledge) guess im just gonna hit it hard for another couple hours maybe try rentin that ball joint press...
