While I was in Japan, I got an alert from the Ford Pass App that my alarm was triggered. There was indeed a severe thunderstorm and Im sure my neighbors were not happy, I tried the Ford App remote unlock and lock function from my hotel, then had my son run over to the house to see if it was still blaring. It was off, not sure if it timed out or did my remote unlock/lock stop it. My question is, does the Ford App remote unlock/lock function shut the alarm off the same as using your key fob?
