badass! Another great upgrade. How hard was the install for the headers? I may consider that, my truck could use a little kick in the ass. Too bad my engine bay is caked in mud. Ugh.

Headers won't do to much for a v6, you'd probably be better off looking into tuning and underdrive pully's

Funny you ask that, I never used the pre-bent EGR they sent me I could not get my old one off. I ended up re-bending the stock one while it was attached to my truck. Pain in the ass but it worked. I don't know if that was the best thing to do but it worked out. Then I have the new one if I ever need it.

What does TMH send for gaskets? Which ones are the ones to go with?

I bought factory replacements for 11$

wow.!!! that sounds good!! i'm gonna get that done when i get a sport trac. I want a new one. Is ur truck a 2wd. J/W b/c it took off quick. mine is awd and when i stomp on it the front will lock up and it won't really spin much b4 the front start pullin.

NAw man, my truck is AWD and I have good snow tires thats why it took off so good haha. What year sport trac? I'm not sure if that make headers that are worth it for them. The v6 explorer have headers but there not worth it from with I understand...

o ok. i want a new sport trac. a 07, 08, or 09 white limited 4x4 4.6L V8 sport trac. I looked at the adrenalin edition on youtube and it had some flow's on it. It sounded bad ass for real. I think the 5.0 sounds better but i think the extra horse power will pay off with a newer year model. after all the sport trac has 292hp and my 5.0 only has 215hp. i looked it up so thats how i found out.

WoW you hit a soft spot with me, White/Pearl Limited V8...My dream truck Sport Trac or Explorer or Expedition. Hell even the F150 white limited Cheers

Be careful with that new found power, it just got me in trouble. $210 worth. I was on my way back into town just listening to some music and next thing I know I'm getting pulled over for 95 in a 70. I had no idea I was going that fast I would have guessed around 80, but all you have to do is touch the pedal and it will keep going faster
