tps mod

Someone recently posted explaining how to adjust the tps for more throttle response and possibly more mpg.
I have a 2001 explorer sport v6 I think I have located the sensor but the wires are not the same colors as in the post can someone help with this. thanx much.

Yeah mine weren't either I just looked for the wires with 0 volts, 5 volts and close 1 volt. I got mine right on the money .96 still waiting to see what the benefit is. So far gas mileage is better.
