Mad Flex? or Broken shock mount? You be the judge:

I say mad flex, cause it was doing the same thing the weekend before, and the shock mount was only cracked at the mounting tab, so it would not have any effect on the flex. Dave just needs to weld it on both sides, and box the brackets in.
Pounded on the inside of my door for about an hour. Got the front door fixed cause it popped out like an oil can, but the back door is all rippled. Needs a new door skin to make it straight. So, I guess its going to be rippled for all eternity becase I'm not stupid enough to think that is not going to happen again and get it fixed.

Yeah, the shock mount wasn't totally broken but if it had snapped off it would've taken out the master cyl. since it's mounted so close and that wouldn't have been pretty.

Oh, yes, I forgot to mention;
Sunday Tom and I start out on our run and I hear this clicking noise that gets faster the faster I go. Sounds just like a zip tie attached to a drive shaft. I crawl under, and what do you know............a zip tie attached to the drive shaft.:

No, not planing on making a movie...I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting a little sick of T-haven Movies It's just the same thing over and over, dirt, rolling hills, a wash...blah blah blah... Besides I though I should give some time before the big feb run. Because I'll make a movie for then (it's tradition now., maybe a nice big trailer for the run. I still have not used stic-cam under the truck sence I did the swap.....well not off road anyway.

I tell you guys what...You send me the footage and I'll make you guys a movie. It would release Christmas day. I have a few mins. of footage, but I have not even looked at the tape honestly. Also if you have any music preferance. Jefe, you know the address, Tom PM me if you want to send me the footage on a disc. and I'll get you the address. Although you should have access to it I'm sure, being the site guru:

I'm out of town but will return home Friday night. Anybody free the following weekend. I'm dying to get out there. Let's get a couple of trips in before the end of the year.

You know, a zip tie on the drive shaft sounds a lot like drum brakes clicking when something breaks.......lucky for me I was there when Winter got TD, so I figured it out right away.

Two jeeps (Tim and John) went through and both scraped the rear fenders. I don't have pics, but I believe John's left rear (Poison Spider) fender already had paint missing from it before that obstacle.

I made 3 turkey sandwiches from left overs for the weekend.
