Went on a trail ride today.

I didn't do a trail ride - just a 1200km highway trip yesterday. Took us 13hrs 15mins. the truck was fully loaded and went very well -only thing is the fuel usage; around 250litres for the trip (combination of LPG and petrol), at an average of around 24litres per 100km (around 8mpg???). But the cruising was effortless and I drove the whole way; no change of driver required at all.

No, you are the only guy I've seen from Vegas on here. I have been trying to get a trip in with the Cali guys, just too busy. I want to go to Truckhaven on Jan 17-19, not for sure if I am going to make that or not.

...Keep an eye out for the Mojave Trail run...We did one last year and there is a trip report on it...

I would love to hit the Mojave road with some people. Done it a couple times by myself. Unfortunatly, I am getting ready for a buisness trip in about three months; will be gone for about 1.5 years! I am looking for some thing in March now, still hopeing I can make that Truckhaven run.
