Well where are we going? Who is up for a trip. Hopefully I should have any bugs worked out of my SAS and be ready to go.

Hammers!

Sweet. Bring it awn. :bounce:

Note to self: go buy DD this weekend.

Jack and Sledge are no worse than Big Sluice, maybe on par with Old Sluice.

:bounce:

Hammers are after I get a doubler. No way a 40 to1 crawl ratio will be enjoyable out there. Besides how many people do you think will be out there hitting the trails that weekend. I can see some major traffic jams occuring. But I will drive up there and do a ride along with one of you guys.

I'm just hoping to have my ride back together this month, I got the front end torn apart right now so I just gotta start ordering the crap I need to slap it back together.

So whatcha gonna buy Jefe...tow rig or a little econo car?

On a side note...I've been hearing rumors that Los Coyotes is going to build a casino ON the reservation so the chances of wheeling there again seem bleak.

Just remember it is easier to ask for forgivness then it is permission on some things ;) Im sure there is a small part of the yard that would look good covered in concrete and I bet the HOA would never notice ;)

The problem is Jefe's "storage area" would end up being my yard - and it's already getting overcrowded with the tent trailer and wave-runners.

(Hmm, his parking spot wouldn't necessarily need "road access" - I wonder if the neighbors would complain if once in a while a big gnarly 4x4 Explorer drove up the hill behind my house from the cul-de-sac below?)

I'd like to wheel somewhere this month, but between work being in nuts-o-matic mode (Vendor is lost, and we have to pull them along some sort of path to resolution..), and diesel prices being 50cents/gallon higher than regular (yes, it's STILL over $3/gallon here), I am leaning towards working on the zuk and staying put..

Have fun guys. I might get out and wheel on my xmas/new years break..

Don't let Matt and I hold you guys up if one or both of our rigs aren't ready to wheel. I'd love to get out there even as a passenger since I didn't make it out last trip. I doubt my truck will be a go for Thanksgiving at the rate i'm going

To restate the original question:

It sounded like Truckhaven was ok with everyone again.

And if Matt and/or Dave's rigs aren't ready do we still want to go?
So . . . . . . survey says?

I'm busy every weekend in Dec until New Years and Matt and Dave better be ready by then. :p

John and I are looking at going out for T-day even if its just us.

12/22 - 1/8

Will any dates in that time span work for anyone?
That's Char's winter break.

If someone has an open seat for Thanksgiving weekend then i'd like to go.

Rick, i'll have 2 weeks off for the holidays, a week before and after X-mas.

I was planning on doing a New Years Run. I know tracy wants to bring here jeep down and hit truckhaven. I wont be ready for thankgiving and will probably be out of town anyway. I vote for a December 30 - January 2nd or so. Will probably be hectic but we could always head out far like we did at TDS this past year.
