Free Labor At Hooters!?

What are the chances of getting help putting my shacles and T/T done at the Hooters Run? The guy that was going to help me won't be able to for three weeks and I am poor and don't even have a garage.

Well, we couldn't work on your truck in Hooters parking lot but I don't see why we couldn't get together the day before (Saturday) at your place to work on it. I'm surer you could entice a couple of guys to come over with some free beer! I personally don't drink but would be willing to lend a hand for a cold Pepsi.

What do you say guy's? Are we going to give him a hand or what? That's what this club is all about!

Any help would be appritiated, I live way up north(Round Lake Beach), so it would pry be better for me to drive down south to one of your homes, since most of you are all south of me. I don't want to put anyone out. I just ordered them an hour ago, and they said 7 - 10 days, so Tues or Fri(hope they get here Tues). I would like to get them and the T/T done so that I can take some pics at Hooters. I'll buy the beer/soda and I can even get my wife to make some sandwitches or something.

Just say it and I shall be there. I would even let you do it in my garage but it's gonna be out of order for the next three weeks. It would be nice since it's heated. I have my clients store their furniture there untill they close on their home on the 20th. I'll be willing to help though, just say it.

Matt, that sounds good, I was going to follow Commocozy down to Hooters, so he may want to come down with me and then we could all drive over together(mini caravan of Explorers). I'll give you a call and I'll e-mail him if you don't mind, I'm not sure what his plans are.

I just talked (via e-mail) to T-Bone, and he'll be coming to HooterFest. Apparently T-Bone recently moved so he has been very busy getting his new house in order. I also informed him of the up-coming Attica outing in April so hopefully he'd make it there as well. Anyway, thought you all may be interested.

When and were, I would like to watch that CB instalation because I will be doing the same thing in a month. And yes I am taking 2001 up on his offer, I'll give him a call tonight and get all the specifics.

COMMOCOZY is coming over to my house this Saturday. He should be there about 11a.m Anyone interested let me know and I'll send you my address. Be warned; I don't have access to my garage so we'll be doing this in the driveway. It should be sunny and about 40 so it won't be bad.

SplashMan and 2001, I'll help out if ya got the room in your garage. I know too many chefs ruin the soupe but if you want, I'm there.

Sounds good, but I am working Sat. I was gunna say that Austin could get it done at my place before Hooters since he might be coming down with Splash anyway. I have the same setup he's installing so if you need any ideas let me know(doubt you'll need any). In anycase, Brian, talk to Austin and se if he wants to run down with you.

Eric, you're more than welcome to join us. Anyone else want to do the same let me know. We could have a pre-Hooters get together, talk shop...whatever. The meeting place is right off of 41/94 near Greenbay road. It's very easy to get there, when you call I'll give you the directions or I can post them here.

What we can do from there is take Dundee west to 53 and then south right to Hooters(40 mins). Should be a nice drive if we have some trucks and a sunny day.
