Fight the ticket but be respectful of the court and the judge/officer/etc. You didn't mention how he obtained the speed he placed on the ticket. Take pictures of the speed limit signs before and after the location where you saw the office, make sure you show in plain view the street and any significant markers like a building or something. It could have been simply a oversight on him by putting the wrong speed down unless he did tell you what speed he clocked you at. In most states if you go to court and you plead not guilty and are still found guilty you will probably face the maximum including points. Most states being in a recession would rather have someone say guilty but with a reason and just issue PBJ with a fine. Depending on your driving record it may best to either plead guilty and hope to get PBJ. You have to remember in the court, the officer has the burden of proof already behind them.
